One of the first shows I helped bring to Snapchat Discover as part of Condé Nast's Social Studio launch team. The challenge was translating WIRED's existing YouTube format — built for horizontal, long-form viewing — into a native vertical experience with custom motion graphics, tighter pacing, and Snapchat-specific UX conventions. The pilot averaged 4.2M views per episode and helped prove the model that led to 13+ shows launching across the Condé Nast network (GQ, Vogue, Vanity Fair, Pitchfork) and $10M+ in revenue in 2018.
